How much are your cookies?

How do I order?

Click on the custom order tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a form to fill out and submit.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

All custom orders require full payment to be confirmed.  If you would like to secure your date before discussing and finalising all details, a $30 non-refundable date reservation can be paid and applied to your order total. DO NOT send me the fee until I have checked my availability and sent you an invoice. 

How can I pay for my order?

I currently accept etransfer, square online or paypal. Once we have finalised all details of your order you can let me know which payment method you prefer. 

I need to cancel, now what?

I understand that life happens.  I will do my best to accommodate any date changes however sometimes it just won't work. From the time we have first discussed and confirmed the order, I have started on your request. This may mean I have special ordered supplies or ingredients. If there is no other option but to cancel $30 is held as a non refundable reservation fee. If you are cancelling with a minimum 30 day notice, I will issue a refund for the full amount minus the reservation fee.  If I have already begun work on your order, no refund will be issued. Any orders cancelled within 14 days are not eligible for a refund. Once your order is collected or delivered, cookies are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Can I freeze my cookies instead?

YES! These cookies freeze really well.  You can place them, still sealed in their original packaging into an airtight container & pop them in the freezer.
